Each watch undergoes inspection and servicing, if necessary, to ensure normal accuracy, movement, and power reserve before shipment.

A refund can be processed, with applicable fees, if the order has not been shipped out.

Return Policy:
Returns are applicable by request within 2 days of receiving the item, subject to agreement by the seller. If a return is approved, the watch must be returned in the same condition as it was before shipping including all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any). The buyer is responsible for covering all return-related costs, including the return shipping fee, any applicable GST or customs charges incurred when sending the item back, and any forwarding or handling costs if the return is arranged through a forwarding service. The original shipping cost from the purchase is non-refundable. A refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected, ensuring no defects or damage occurred during or after shipment.

Damage Claims:
In the event the watch is received damaged, the buyer must provide an uncut, continuous video from the unboxing process through to testing the watch, clearly showing the damage (e.g., the watch not working, parts broken, defects, loosened components). This claim can be made unless the damage or defect was already stated in the watch description, and the buyer acknowledged and agreed to the condition before purchasing.

Once the damage claim is submitted, the seller will work with the buyer to reach a mutual agreement to resolve the issue. This may include a partial refund or covering the repair costs, depending on what both parties agree to.
