The Seiko Lord Matic has a great history as the successor to the seikomatic line, and to continue the legacy of the first high beat 36.000 bph Lord Marvel.

The movement of 5606 first produced around 1968, formed the basis for the early 70’s King Seiko and Grand Seiko models, with automatic + manual winding movement beats at 21.600 bph and day date quickset, it is a JDM watch that features a day in kanji and English language.

The Lord Matic 5606-7000 here proudly exhibits the Seiko Grammar of Design through its distinctive gem-style case, reminiscent of today's Grand Seiko SGBC253. This vintage timepiece captures the essence of what made vintage King and Grand Seiko models iconic, all at a more affordable price.

The Seiko Lord Matic here features an SGP case with a timeless white sunburst dial complemented by gold stick indices and dauphine hands. The watch retains its very good condition with a clean dial, original crystal, and the good condition SGP case that still maintains its sharp edges. There are no signs of replating, with only a small dent on the side of the back case that does not disturb the overall striking look when wearing the watch.
