The Seiko Lord Matic has a great history as the successor to the Seikomatic line, continuing the legacy of the first high beat 36,000 Bph Lord Matic.
The 5606 movement was produced by Suwa, and until the 1970s, most of the models had a rather classical design, often featuring a monobloc case design, meaning you couldn’t access the caliber from the back.
This Lord Matic 5606-7010 from 1970 has the classic, simple look of a white linen dial, stick indices, and dauphine hands with a black stripe. The watch is in good, all-original condition, paired with an original Seiko bracelet from another model, fitting wrist sizes up to +/- 19.5 cm. The 5606 movement works with normal accuracy and power reserve.
