Dated to 1971, the watch is powered by the 5206 movement, operating at 28,800 beats per hour, showcasing the hi-beat technology of its era. It includes a bilingual day and date display, hacking, and hand-winding functions. Unlike the later 5216 movement, the 5206 offers a spontaneous instant day/date changeover at midnight, enhancing its appeal over movements with gradual transitions.
