Its case is constructed from tungsten carbide, boasting a remarkable hardness of 2600Hv, surpassing sapphire and only behind diamond. Despite the complex engineering and machining demands, Seiko succeeded in creating a uniquely shaped case with many side edges and a distinctive prism-cut pattern on the sides.

Enhancing the allure of the case is the stunning white dial, featuring a "momigami" kneaded paper texture. Paired with gold stick indices and sleek hands, the dial and the watch shape overall are captivating visuals that never fail to draw attention.

Being around for more than 30 years, the watch remains in great condition with its clear sapphire crystal, clean dial, case with minimal signs of wear thanks to its tungsten carbide material, the original crown although has a small scuff on a small part of the crown side, it remains unseen on most viewing angles. Also, the original bracelet, with free adjustment, fits most wrist sizes.
