Omega Seamaster Cal. 1020 SGP Octagon Shape Gold Dial
This vintage 1980s Omega Seamaster features a distinctive gold-plated octagonal case, paired with a matching gold dial and a day-date window. Measuring 37mm across to the crown and 39mm lug-to-lug, this timepiece captures the luxury and elegance associated with the Omega brand.
Powered by the Omega Caliber 1020 automatic movement, it operates at 28,800 beats per hour. The day-date function is efficiently managed with a unique quickset mechanism: the date can be set by pulling the crown out one step, while the day is adjusted by pulling the crown two steps out to the time-setting position and turning the hands backward.
This watch is in good condition, retaining its original head and Omega-signed crown. The gold plating is well-preserved, with only slight discoloration on the crown. The crystal and dial remain clean with no noticeable signs of wear. The movement was recently serviced and is running with normal accuracy and power reserve.
This Omega Seamaster is a rare find with its octagonal case design and all-gold appearance, delivering the iconic vintage luxury look that Omega is renowned for.
